My subscription seems to have expired exactly six months early. I have contacted Eset on Sunday (and have a case number - #218 ) but no other response.
How long will I have to wait until I can update my definitions?

    Hello,

It appears from the Eset database that your license expired on 8th June 2006. You should contact the distributor in your country to query the license and/or renew it. You appear to be in New Zealand - info [at] nod32.co.nz

    Regards,
    Bandicoot.

I sent the NZ reseller an email on Sunday (it was a reply to my renewal notice - so it shouldn't have been marked as spam) - but have received no reply.

It was renewed on 22 November, with an expiry of 10 Dec 2006. I also include this renewal email in my contact with Eset.
