How harmful are tracking cookies?

    I use SlimCleaner, CCleaner and Click & Clean add-on for Chrome.

    Seems sensationalistic. Once you are compromised, cookies are the least problem you have. If something is changing my homepage and opening ports, I'm not going to cleanup cookies. I'm going to restore a backup image.
