The free one if you rape the update button all day long. :( :doubt:

yes, free or paid. There is no difference between free or paid in terms of AV signature aside from automatic limitation. ;)

Should be with 780 build released end of August (see also release notes). More fixes (updated KAV kernel drivers) will come with version ZA line 12 (currently in beta). So we should see improvements in, for example, AV-TEST starting from September/October. Assuming AV-TEST.org will use the latest version (hope so!).

If not, follow the diplomatic suggestions from Inside Out :D:D
As for any product you have haters and lovers. You don't like it ?... use something else. There are plenty of free alternatives out there. Well, with KAV not many ;)

TBH Kaspersky don't just hand any inept, R&D-deficient vendor their up-to-the-minute stuff unlike BitEnabler, which I applaud.

No, simply KAV SDK is rather a black box with little that can be done in terms of customisation/adaptation. Sort of, take it or leave it.
So, I guess not many opt for it as it is a rather difficult package to integrate... ;)

Still only one automatic update in 24 hours is ridiculous. :doubt: However, it seems to be lighter than previous versions.
