I have a couple of web servers, one of which hosts Exim MTA and SpamAssassin and ClamAV.

How does ESET Mail Security compare to SA and ClamAV in terms of performance, ease of use, reliability and stability?

    Thanks in advance.

While Eset does not currently have a direct comparison chart with other Linux solutions, you can compare the competitors products against M+Guardian.

M+Guardian uses the Eset AV engine.

The best and most reliable source is Virus Bulletin.
