    I like STDU Viewer. Small, quick, suitable for *.pdf, *.djvu, *.tif, *.fb2, *.epub, *.mobi vieweing. All in one.

    On android I use Adobe Acrobat.

    If YACReader was not so slow starting up I would use it for pdf too (now use it only for comic files)

    I still find Sumatra to be the best -- it also works for epub, mobi, and other e-reader formats.
