How do you exclude files with the command line scan?

    Anybody know how to do this? I am trying to find a way to exclude a single file with the AH command line that Blackspear showed in his excellent post,that alot of us are using. Or even an extension type if that is all that is possible, but single file would be best. Thanks in advance.
