    Hey!! Welcome to Wilders!

I don't know of a "magic Bullet" to fix your problem, but there is a program you can download a trial-version for and it shows what you are asking for.

    Just go here: http://hacker-eliminator.com/processmonitor.html

I have never used this personally but have heard it works just fine.
If it works for you, let me know...i'd like to hear about it

    Good Luck :)

    Hi 123,

If you register, you can PM me, and I will link you to some command-line apps that may help.

  4. That site and it's sister sites are suspected adware/spyware.. being blocked by at least 1 hosts file provider.

    Hey Nick,
Can you post the info here in the thread. I'd like to learn about it too.

I didn't see any problems with that site and I browsed it for awhile. I have NOD32 and Ewido running, I scanned with Ad-Aware, Spybot, MSAS, SpySweeper, and I have SpywareBlaster installed and I didn't see anything. Not to say there isn't something there, but it could be a false positive ;)

the unregistered posting guest (usual suspect)
is only trying to freak you out. Alot of people here have a bad taste for
    the Hackeriliminator ( LockDown 2000 ) crew.
That is why some wierdo added the site to some host file I am guessing.

I read yesterday that you can view hidden processes by changing the name of Task Manager to _root_taskmgr.exe

but this _root_taskmgr.exe works only for the old nt rootkits
search in google for "knlps" for example
