How do u blocks apps from making popups?

    anyone know how to block running apps on your computer from getting your attention with popups? for example you are typing on your browser and msn windows live messenger popups up and you can no longer continue typing on your browser until you minimize windows live messenger.

    I use Digsby as IM, email and facebook notification, it is docked with autohide feature. Its popups will disappear itself. Check video [1:30] on www.digsby.com.

    it is a inconvenience issue not a security issue so keyscrambler will not help.
