Hello The funny man,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

If you use trial version of Acronis True Image Enterprise Server you don't need to enter a serial number. If you have purchased the software you should get either a link (if you purchased downloadable version) or an installation CD (if you purchased retail version). In this case you will need to input serial number to install the program.
