How do I solve Troj.REVOP.A?

I scanned my computer using housecall, and found that I have Troj.REVOP.A in my system. Can I know what does this does?

I have tried going to C:\Windows\System32 to look for the .exe file but I can't find it. And it seems after each housecall scan, I get a .exe file with a different name but I cant locate it.

Can someone please kindly tell me what to do??

The other threads you probably read, the trojan was no longer active and only found in the Restore Points, so those would be premature for you now.
