How do I remove PrevX?

So I stupidly installed the free version of PrevX... Bad idea. It doesn't come with an uninstall utility, and though the one provided here *claims* to uninstall PrevX, it doesn't - I run it, it finishes up, I reboot, and lo and behold, there's PrevX again telling me I'm infected.

(And prompting me to do a scan, which finds nothing. Yeah, I'm infected, alright.)

Is there any other utility to remove it? Or should I just delete the files and rip out the registry entries with CCLeaner?

 

Which version of PrevX?
All the versions I have had have done a reasonable uninstall from "Add/Remove"
