How do I regain secure websites?

    I believe I resolved an attack by aboutblank using aboutBuster, ccleaner, spywareblaster, spybot and destroy and Microsoftantispyware. Now I am unable to get to any secure websites such as for banking and bill paying. When I run Microsoftantispyware it finds several listings of "unclassified.spyware.65." It reports after running that this threat is deleted. I am also unable to re-engage Norton SystemsWorks. Can anyone suggest steps to take to get Norton running again and to allow my opening of secure websites?
