How do I get a refund??

    I requested a refund for my downloaded product 2 days ago on the digital river website and nobody has replied to my request.

    And I doubt you'll get one. These clowns are rip offs. Call your credit card company and tell them you wish to initiate a charge back. And then join me in notifiying the BBB, and any website that even remotely gives this crap a positive rating.
