How do I back up virtual machines in Oracle VM?

    So im running Windows XP in Oracle VM on my linux machine. How do I make a back up of the Windows XP virtual machine to a USB?

    Copy the folder of the virtual machine (default location: /home/.virtualbox/) to the USB. You can easily backup using Snapshots and Cloning as well.
