I just built my wife a new computer and would like to know how to download the E Mail addresses from the old computer and transfer them to the new one? Also I would love to be able to do the same thing with My Documents.

Both systems use Windows XP . And the E Mail addresses are in Outlook Express.

Depends how large the My Documents folder is.
I usually use a USB thumb drive.
Can also use an external USB drive if you need more space
Can also just share a folder and network them

With Outlook Express it there's 3x things you can easily transfer in a minute
    *Account Settings..into an IAF file
*Inbox and all folders..all the mail..in hidden folder, .dbx files
*Address book, as a WAB file
