How can I extract a file (some files) from a image? Because when I try to mount the image the WinXP tells me "The drive is not formatted".

    Any help?

    TIA

Not too sure if you want to access the image, with no Windows on the system, or just to extract files from the tib image.

If booting in Windows, you just want to retrieve a couple of files then, mount the image using TI and just drag and drop.

If the problem is TI cannot mount the image, then first check in Windows Exploderer that the drive where you store the image is actually being accessed.

With some USB external drives, they can be a little picky in sending the the correct endpoints to the USB engine on your motherboard. If you have a dodgy drive, then always power it up first, before attaching the data cable.
