How can allow download eicar testfile

Hello,

As you see here http://www.rokop-security.de/index.php?showtopic=18277&view=findpost&p=308571

Im not be able to download the eicar testfile. An other question is, why are the checkboxes "submit for analysis" and "exclude from detection"?

They are grey out so I cannot choose to check exclude the file from detection.

Any help or solution?

that is supposed to happen. Shows that you AV works
no need to download, create one yourself
