anybody know where thers the following cool stuff for website stuffs.

backgrounds
templates
borders
butons
cool html effects
nav bars
pop up makers or codes

but i mean real cool stuff heres a small example of coolness

some websites get all technichial and its like reading a speech when in actuality all you have to do is put your url and the name of your file and your done lol
