HJT Log - H E L P

Below is my HJT log. I cannot get rid of CleverIEHooker.Jeired no matter what I do. I have been using all the recommended software; ie, Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware, CWShredder, do all my updates from MS and run current antivirus software from CA. I have tried to remove this malware manually through deleting it in the registry and also with the "fix problem" button in Spybot S&D, but so far cannot remove it. Would someone perhaps have a suggestion after looking at the log below? I would sincerely appreciate any help I can get. Thank you so much.

I am giving up. Did everything I was told, deleted all the things I was told to delete from my Hijackthis scan, used Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, CWShredder and have all my security updates, etc., and every time I try to get rid of CleverIEHooker.Jeired, it comes back. I've physically deleted it from my registry and used the Spybot S&D "Fix the problem" button; but even though it says it was fixed, it's back next scan.
I don't know what else to do. Can someone offer any assistance, please?

Ad-Aware doesn't list it. That's a good thing. I didn't know Spybot could give a false positive (sort of like a pregnancy test, eh ).
My only concern is still getting popups from IE, which is not a good thing when you're not even on the Internet. When I'm doing some sort of desktop app., it happens. Also, when Spybot finds it again, even though I deleted the entries in the registry, including the entire category of Internet URL Hooks, it's back again. So I have to assume that it's not a false positive and that it keeps reinstalling itself somehow back into my registry. No?

Hi,

You will get general popups on sites which is not related to any infection, its just the site. In this case you could disable scripting or try a different browser

Tick these and fix them too, then reboot and check yourself if they are gone from your log. Are the popups you speak of gone ? or are they general website "extras"
