Awesome to hear that "3" is live! Will it run on Windows 10 CTP? Will there be any 3-pack sales?

 

HitmanPro.Alert is under the HitmanPro umbrella so you simply buy a HitmanPro license and it will work on any HitmanPro product.

Alert 3 runs well on Windows 10.

You can also right click the tray icon to force check for update.

You can also try hmpalert.exe /update

 

Yes but running both does not make sense as functionality of MBAE is covered by Alert 3 as long as you install a license.

 

I have not tested this combination yet. Can anyone else confirm this issue?

I have the update version notification but it can't install it when I reboot my laptop. Something is wrong.

 

Did you get an error message or do you just stay at the older version?

(for me it's the latter)

I have the 3.036 / 180 build, no error message. HMP Alert can't install the latest version after a reboot.

 

You don't need to do it manually to get notification.

Try to click on 'Reset Settings'

 

The problem may be that SafeErase activity looks like a malware encryption process.
