Thanks for the help but not my computer that was infected. Also I installed Prevx after infection to see if it could clean but it didn't find anything. I'll keep this in mind for the future.

    Hi;

    Just a thought here...

I noticed soemthing about the"Show 'Scan with HitanPro' on files and folders in Windows Explorer. It's not there in my Windows Explorer. Previously as I remember it I can scan in Windows Explorer but now the function I cannot see. I observed that when you right-click a folder it shows but in a specific file it does not show.

That is a usefull function wherein you can check directly a suspicious file or any files for that matter at once without the trouble of having to go through all the complete quick scan. I'd like to verify a certain file via HitmanPro but the function to my surprise works only in a folder.

I'd have to transfer/copy the file to a folder then scan it there rather than scan it on it's original location as is.

That is to prevent users from abusing HitmanPro's cloud servers. Suspicious files are sent there to be scanned by multiple AV engines.

I just bought HMP 1year license, but the activation does not work.

Please take a look at the screenshot I have attached.

    Thank you.

P.S. Yes I also sent an email to support@surfright.nl and support@hitmanpro.com
And yes, I tried accepting HitmanPro35.exe in windows firewall rules.

    Hi guys.
I'm going to write about Erik's effort and perfect support.
I have poor English skills, but I'm going to do my best to describe it.
You know what Erik did for me?
He spent hour trying to fix the activation problem I had (my previous post), using the software called Quick Support.
I'm not sure but I think there was a compatibility problem with Himan Pro and Korean OS.
Maybe it was the problem with the language. (Korean characters)
He is downloading the Korean OS just to find out the problems deeply.
He pumped my 1 year license to 2 years, just because he thought it was necessary. I don't know why but he thinks that I helped him. Which I did not.
I wish I had the chatlog or the video of the whole process, but this is all I can do. Pitty...
I'm going to advertise Hitman Pro in Korean online security community called "VirusZero Season 2"
Not only because it is a top-notch program, but also for his effort and perfect support.
I never was a fanboy of any software, but I think I'm going to be a fanboy of Hitman Pro.
    Many thanks to Erik again.

P.S. I hope you guys understand what I'm talking about. Sorry for my poor English.

Seems like PrevX and Hitman Pro are setting the new standards in all 3 crucial areas - Innovation, Support and Constant Improvement.
    Take a bow Eric.

I'd have to second that also!

Have experienced quick support and even quick replies to inquiry via email when I was just starting/considering to use HMP and Prevx. Great help indeed!

Thanks for sharing that, very impressive customer support. They will be getting my money as soon as I decide on the bundle. And your English is probably better than you think, your post was totally understandable.

Hitman PRO removes TDl3 very well, I know from personal experience. Thank you to everyone working on Hitman PRO for saving a personal machine. By the way Force Breech worked ok, it would not load when it was named hitmanpro35 with force breech but Firefox + Force breech worked great.

In fairness there's probably been a few beers consumed this week to celebrate getting to the World Cup final, there may be a day or 2 delay.;)

That could be true we don't want them to release a version that will delete Windows! :D Or maybe a world cup Icon in the GUI? :D We will have to wait and see!

Courage Nederlanders! I believe if you can take the lead you'll win......remember
when Spain played Switzerland what happened. Let's hope it's an entertaining
    match with sportsmanship.
