    My thanks to erikloman for the info about HMP/PayPal.
    Just for the record, I'm guessing F-Secure for the new engine, is that possible?
    Isn't that the BD engine? Doubt if it's Kaspersky. Most likely European?

    Yeah, and it's CHEAP! 20US$ dollar for such an awesome product! :D

    I may get one when i have my own money and PC (I'm still in high school)

    and the removal engine i bet will be even better cause hitman pro is one of the few that removes this TDL3 rootkit;) very easilly:thumb:

    Might want to add Hitman's exe to the list of trusted processes in whatever it is blocking it.

    And Prevx will remove any malware remotely if you have a licensed copy! Guaranteed! It's funny I use 2 scanners in HMP in real-time! :D NOD32 & Prevx!! But it's still a must have security app!

    When I imagine a real-time version, I imagine this...

    - Automatic removal (quarantine), BUT, a big white-list and possible installation mode for these.

    - Automatic upload, but also automatic limiting and suspending of uploading process if other processes on the system needs to network/Internet connection.


    That's what I recall right now. :D

    Erik, any need for a 'pause' button on the scan? :) Don't see a real need as the scan is so fast. Just thought it might be of some use when the startup scan is used, and an internet connection isn't ready.

    If you download from the products page you get build 92 but from the downloads page at SurfRight build 91 is listed (I don't know if the download is for build 92). Is this intentional? http://www.surfright.nl/en/downloads/

    I must apologize. We did not make the dead line :ouch:

    There is so much going on right now (build 93, version 3.6, back end stuff, corporate stuff, statistics) that the testing of the new build could not be completed before Easter.

    Basically we are having a bit of a struggle with testing the new network stack in combination with automatic detected proxies (through DHCP and DNS) and Proxy Auto Config scripts (PAC) while running under different accounts. But we're getting there, sadly not before Easter, sorry.

    Still I wish everybody a happy Easter! Don't eat to many eggs :blink:

    No need to apologise Erik. You rarely read of anyone having any problems with Hitman Pro. You don't even need to ship out releases as fast as you do because your software already works so well.

    So take your time with each release. And enjoy your Easter. :)

    yeah, maybe they shouldn't have said anything if they are not willing to tell us anything. :blink:

    because people are just going to constantly ask them about it, until its common knowledge for everyone.
