Could you tell me when the option Automatically upload unknown suspicious files to the Scan Cloud will become an optional option and not an imposed option?

Also, what would be needed to translate HMP to my language?

    Thanks

Re: TDL4 bootkit reinstates 64-bit infection capability

Where's build 120 stable? I only see it in Zemana Anti-Malware.

Build 120 was only released with Zemana Anti-Malware.

Build 121 is the next stable for Hitman Pro which will be released this afternoon/tomorrow morning (if all goes well).

Is "Show scan with hitman pro on files and folders in windows explorer" supposed to be grayed out (not checkable) in the settings with the beta?

I think I see why.
Tried the beta (.121) only without having another version on board and that option is grayed out.
Put on .118 then the beta and that option is now there. :D
    Thanks.

Like I explained earlier in a post, it ain't a false positive. It ain't flagged as malware, it is flagged as unknown. And it is listed since the behavioral scan found that the particular file shared characteristics with malware.
Therefore the default action is also Ignore.

Did you run an Early Warning Score scan or a default scan?

Thank you very much for this i ran early warning scanning

The number (8.0) is that Early Warning Score. So it found a suspicious file and not an infection, hency why it is no false positive.
If you run a normal scan that file won't be listed. The Early Warning Score is there if you think your computer is infected although the normal scan didn't find anything. It also works while offline (no connection to the cloud), and works great in combination with Force Breach. It is a more advanced scan.

You're right. Cnet link is latest version, while Softonic is way outdated: 3.55.98. It updates automatically anyways, why don't you let it do that?

    Thanks for the reply.

It seems like my existing copy (Build 119) has some problems, the "Next" button is grey off. It is not possible for me to run a scan or auto-update.

I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling, but cannot solve the problem.

By the way, cnet has only build 119 for 64bit system.

I am looking for the the latest build to install.

smith2006, Hitman Pro must be having trouble connecting to the internet. Go to Setttings then Advanced. See if changing to "Automatically detect settings" helps or if you use a proxy, change those settings.

    Thanks for the reply.

No, it doesn't help when selecting "Automatically detect settings".

I am now using a 64bit beta build 121 as I cannot find a final build 121 anywhere to download (even the official site doesn't have it).

Strangely I have no problem running scan using beta build 121.
