Hiren's BootCD 9.2

Just came across this today! Seems a lot of tools in one CD. It is legal?
I could not find any download link for it! Paid or free?

According to the softoogle site, its freeware.

The actual download is from rapidshare, and I have no idea how legit this is.

Been using it since version 8.1, very useful, it comes with lots of utilities to recover your data as well as resize and save your BIOS from a bad flash, as I am on XP64, this is the only way to update BIOS as most windows based flash utilities don't work under 64bit.

Its illegal. It is warez but its a great utility for rescue. I think some computer techs use it. To get it you have to download from shady sites or Bit Torrent. Most of the utilities are free & legal but there are some rescue imaging programs included which while not new at one time were sold & were never released as freeware. It might actually be better than UBCD4Win.
