hips why some options are disabled ?

Hi

i tried to make some rules about trusty program like photoshop or other safe programs

well
i did read the manual but i did not find an answer

for example
configure rule-> new
add group is gray , disabled i don't know why
add -> select folder and run regedit are disabled too

i'm talking about source

In the Source application tab, you can enter as many applications as you wish, provided you want each one to have the same rights.

i want to add 20 programs
in source should add 1 program and after the second and so on?
