Hips says it's disabled but it's not?

    Hips says it's disabled but when go into advanced setup both check marks are there saying it is enabled but remains disabled on the main console screen even after many restarts of disable and re-enabling i also tried reinstalling it using compatibility windows 7 mode check marked run as administrator im running Windows Developer Preview any suggestions?

    Very possibly not compatible with the Win8 beta

    Information about compatibility with Microsoft Windows 8 will be announced around the same time the operating system is generally made available for sale to the public, just as with previous releases of Microsoft Windows.
