Hijack This log -- is my system clean?

    Found the CWS.Google on my system yesterday -- not sure what file or site loaded it, but... -- anyway, thanks to CWS Shredder, it does appear to be gone, but just to be sure, I'd appreciate it if someone could take a look at my Hijack This log:

    Check the following items in HijackThis.
    Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    Reboot.
