I usually don't use explorer preferring XYplorer for file management. However, since I need to change some files in snapshots that do not have this program running, I have to rely on windows explorer.

I cannot find the "hidden" ISR folder using explorer. Apart from Folder Options/View/ Show hidden files and folders is there something else I need to tick to get access to this folder. Testing this in my main snapshot, I can see the folder and files using XYplorer , so I know where they are but can't work out how to do this with the inbuilt explorer?

Try unticking "Hide protected operating system files". ;)
