    Hi max2,

I'm not sure why our email replies haven't gotten to you, but please accept my apologies. (Unfortunately, we find this happens sometimes with certain email providers, despite repeatedly contacting them.) I'll copy our response here:

EULAlyzer analyzes text for potentially "interesting" words and phrases, whether it be license agreements or privacy policies (or anything else you want it to analyze).

If there's no text to analyze, there can't be an analysis. However, if a program you are installing does not provide any sort of license agreement, TOS, or privacy policy - or at least link to one - I would strongly recommend against installing it. These days, no responsible developer should be releasing software without that information available.

If a program doesn't display its license agreement, TOS, or privacy policy, but you can find a link to it on their website, you can always copy & paste the text into EULAlyzer to run an analysis. (And depending on how a program displays it - for example, some games display their license agreements in custom UI elements that can't be easily captured - the copy & paste approach is often a good one.)

    I hope this helps.
