Because of too much false positives or what else ? Some details are very welcome.

What false positives o_O Why do you think we only fix false positives and not work on improvements? Thinking in an optimistic way is a very important assumption for achieving success.

I never think so, absolutely. I'm very happy with NOD and the work of the ESET Team. You do a really great job all the time. :thumb:

But I'm very interested in, when i saw there's something changed or modified with the Heuristik Module or the other Modules.

Btw. but there's no changing or modifying to the other Modules ( IMON ) for a long time. Are there currently plans for that ? Maybe by an Update in the near time ?

From what I remember, Marcos has mentioned that IMON will not exist in version 3 of Nod32.

    Cheers :D

That's right Blackspear! Your memory is fully working! :D :p

Well, it's very nice to see so many heuristics module updates this year. ;)
And they are efficient. NOD32 was between those AV to detect heuristically the Kamasutra worm. ;)

This isn't a big deal anyway. This worm has all heuristical triggers which should even trigger a AV heuristics with the intelligence quotient somewhere between a putrefied banana and an half-full ashtray. :gack:

HB what do you think, how good is NOD 32 actually against the newest Beta of KAV6 ?

It seems, this newest Beta was an absolutely great stuff. Will NOD hve a chance ?

What you are testing is most of the time "****". Sorry to say it very frankly in this way. This is again a so called "Generator" or "Constructor". I would not even blame the other companies for not detecting it.

Anyone know when NOD is going to stop flagging OnlineArmor.exe as a threat? I sent the sample to eset but it`s still being flagged.

I think we might be O.T. here, but just out of interest, what type of threat does NOD32 identify it as?

Yeah, it's OT, but I for one do not know how to move the last two posts to a new thread, so I'm posting a scan result here:
