    Is there a way for me to turn off the splash screen that asks me permission to deny or allow something like the older versions?

    Are you talking about learning mode? If you aren't in learning mode then I agree, I don't understand why you would want to do that.

    I think you might be referring to enabling the "Block new and changed applications" check box. It's on the main tab of PG.

    No more prompts or alerts, just blocking. Don't forget to check your PG logs if something doesn't seem to be working right though or uncheck it if you decide to run or install something new.
