Help with uninstall/install

    So, I got a red dot and it said something was wrong. Was told by ESET to uninstall and then install so I followed what they said. Now it is there but cant be activated, it seems to be a problem with egui.exe which I manually downloaded but no help. The uninstall tool they have does not help and doing it manually doesnt work because when I go to the hidden files and try to delete them it says that the folders are in use and can not be deleted.

    Help please

    You will need to run the uninstaller tool in Safe Mode in order for it to work properly. The same goes with manually deleting any files. If you downloaded the Uninstaller tool (Found here) onto your desktop, you can restart in Safe Mode (instructions on how to do that can be found here) and run the tool there.
