Help With SB License

    Hey Forum Members.

    Happy New Year and hope all is well.

    I thought it was a really good tool so I went ahead and bought their auto update feature to support the software on New Years Day.

    However, my PC crashed on the same day. Bad HD. Not sure if I can recover.
    Therefore, I need another license key or my current one reset for the new PC.

    Emails to their support ticket feature have gone unanswered for over two weeks.

    Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience.

    Could you please PM me the e-mail address you used to try to contact support? I will look into why you seemingly haven't received a response yet. (Keep in mind: this can happen for multiple reasons, including (a) your requests were errantly flagged as possible spam (b) we tried to reply but your e-mail provider errantly flagged our requests as possible spam, etc. With the e-mail address you used, or the name you used on the support requests/emails, I should be able to track down what happened. Thanks!)
