Help with removal issue please

I uninstalled TI 11 and rebooted.
Then installed TI Echo Workstation trial.
Found no benefit so I uninstalled it, rebooted.
But I can not reinstall TU now.
Seems that some components of ECHO are still there.
They are listed in the add/remove section but grayed out.
I CAN NOT REMOVE THEM!

Please note that Acronis Cleanup utility can be applied to Acronis True Image 10.0 Home, Acronis True Image 11 Home and Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 only.

selkov, you can try to use Windows Cleanup utility in your case. You can learn more about it here
