Just downloaded free trail -

Running in-depth scan:

Does te free trial actually clean? When it hits an infected file, I get a pop-up that says 'File is infected. Choose one of the following options' but the only option is LEAVE.

Also - I set my ACTIONS to clean, no-prompt but the thing continues to prompt when it hits an infected file. I don't want to set here waiting for prompts for the scan to continue.

First setup the system as per these instructions:

Second, run a full "scan and clean" using the on-demand scanner... you'll know what this is at the end of going through that setup thread!
