HELP WITH ITUNES!

    Hi,

    I've loaded the iTunes update (version 7.7) with Nod32 version 3 (downloaded and installed 8/10/09).

    I've added the exceptions that are detailed in the instructions on the ESET site to no avail.

    ITunes loads and closes fine, but it does not play. It shows the selected song and the playlist and on the surface everything looks great, it just wont play selections.

    Does anyone have a fix for this?

    If possible, please try to narrow it down to the particular module by disabling the real-time protection and web access protection, one at a time. Let us know about your findings.

    Hello,

    If you look in the Services Control Manager (filename: SERVICES.MSC) is Apple Computer's Bonjour multicast DNS responder service running on your computer? If so, does stopping this service before starting iTunes solve the problem?
