Help! Windows error

Hey
I dont know if i post in the right forum, but i dont know where to get any help, if you know any better place to have this post moderator, well change it. :S

When im browsing around in my computer or clicking on the "START" menu, this error occure often and it has to restart the windows(explorer.exe).. really annoying one... This is the first time i have problem with windows errors.. Ive just uninstalled IE Internet Security 6.0
I dont think its a virus or something like that becuease im using Kaspersky AV, and scanned the system with NOD32 DOS.
I cant get any info about this problem from the microsoft webpage, and i cant find a support email to the either.

Attachment is on swedish, becuease im using a swedish windows version.

Memory could not be "Written"...

Please anyone help me!

What other programs do you have installed, can you please list them...

I was having the same error and many others in the same format here
