Help start-up progr. URL please

Hi all,
i've seen several times used a program in some of the forums here, which makes a log of all the programs running at start-up.
I thought it was even named something with "start" in it's name, but the search engine here again leaves me in the dark nor can't i recall anyway in which forum it is used, i only need the download URL to have a person running it.
so if anybody is able to post this URL again, please, thanks.
I really miss urgently a sticky thread or whole area with such tools posted, as i'm digging and searching frequently for such info without finding it if i don't know the exact proper name (if i knew i found it hundred times quicker with google).
