I don't succeed in understanding the reason for which, after various hours of logon with emule started, navigation becomes nearly impossible.
Infact, or the web pages don't come correctly loaded, or is possible to clearly record a decrease in the loading speed ( in the log page there are a lot of SPI message....).

I'm using L'n'S 2.05p2 with a mix of Phant0m/Enhanced rule set, Win XP SP2; SPI activated, Emule rules.

If you are using P2P, you should deactivate the TCP SPI in the options.
Currently this feature is not compatible with P2P usage.

first of all, thanks for the fast answer!

but turn off SPI mechanism does not reduce the protection offered by the FW, or the cover against the risks of the net is always strongly equally if the appropriate rules (i.e. Phant0m rule-set) are used?

    Thanks again,
    Max

in order to not renounce to SPI mechanism, I have directly limited the number of the maximum logons directly from emule (having carried them to the maximum limit of 100) and it seems me that the problem has re-entered!
However, I hope that the limit of the 128 maximum TCP connections can be resolved soon with new reviews of the program !
Thanks again Phant0m for your reply! :)

    Hi,

It seems there are some other bugs in TCP SPI, affecting mainly P2P usage.
I will propose an update soon.

I keep seeing P2P, and have not figured out what that means. Without hijacking the thread can someone tell me briefly what it is?

    Thanks,
    Jerry
