    Hello,

I am assuming "CPEbcc8100ab7b4-CMbcc8100ab7b1" is the random name assigned to your freshly installed copy ow Microsoft Windows 7, correct?

Issuing a "netstat -ab" command should show you which programs are responsible for those loopback connections.

    Regards,
