Help needed with iTunes

    Hi,

    I have ESET Nod32 antivirus 5 installed on Windows Vista. I have recently intalled iTunes and I have been unable to connect to the iTunes store, even though I have no trouble accessing the web through Chrome. ESET help had an article (KB Solution ID: SOLN760) and I implemented that solution, but I still have the same connection problem. The article suggested that version 5 would overcome the iTunes problem. Unfortunately that is not the case. I would appreciate it if someone could help.

    Does disabling protocol filtering or scanning http make a difference?
