Help Needed to Eradicate About: Blank

About: Blank recently took over my home page and insidious spy bloc popups just pile up with every click. It seems immune to Norton, Adware6 and SpyBot S&D. What else can I do? Can you tell from my HJT log? Help is so appreciated.

Could you please download appinit.zip

Unzip it so that both files are in the same folder then double click on runread.exe to run it. After it's run there will be a "regread.log" file in the same folder you ran it from. Please open that file with notepad or similar editor and post the contents here.
