[HELP] Double Accent Virus

Hi,

I´m a IT Professional and i manage around 500 computers.
In last days, i found several times one virus you makes double accent in text e.g. ´´~~
I use ESET on line Scanner and clean with success. Thanks by the way ESET for the good work.

My doubt is:
- Whats the real name for this virus? (e.g. w32.trojan.bla.bla.bla)
- How i made a vaccine for this virus?
- And last but not the least, very important, whats the way users be infected by this virus? By Internet? some site? email?

Without getting a sample it's impossible to answer your questions. Knowing the file's hash or detection names used by other vendors might give us a clue.
