    the SpySweeper company is not a good company at all. It has not good support at all. I had to go to the trouble of rebooting whole computer!!!

    Hi there rrainbox, and welcome to the forum!

    I'll comment only the DiamondCS part:
    DiamondCS can't be freezing, as that is the company and it is rather warm wintr in Australia at the moment and they might like to use some milder climate at times.
    But i know what you mean, TDS-3 you're talking about, --- you have some thread going in the TDS forum already so if thre would be anything feel free to mention possible issues there for the TDS experts to jump in there!

    For your other problem with WebRoot i really don't know, hope other people can help you with that part!
    Normallyu in eneral indeed it iswise to email their support for help and instructions, but that is exactly what you tried already.......

    :p Yes, it must be warm in Aus. now, but I necessarily didn't want a solution to the TDS freezing up right now, even if I mentioned it, because it isn't really a big problem. I knew that if I were to have problems with TDS 3 then I would go and put a post in that appropriate heading, but since I was commenting on WebRoot, I thought I'd mention it. From now on I'll put it under the appropriate heading separately.
    I wish I could get into my Computer and I Wouldn't mind One bit if TDS freezes up because its Not really a problem(its Easy remedied) per se like some other problems, but I would be able to use my computer!! I'm getting a lot more computer savvy(I least I hope I am anyway) , but since I downloaded Privacy Master by WebRoot I'm baffled on how to log-in when I Can't find my Cursor!! Thank you Very Much to you and everyone in advance.

    Not sure if I understand well (english is not my native language)
    Did you try the "tab" and "alt-tab" keys to navigate throught your fields, buttons, etc ? If you have access to your login screen...
    Did you try in safe mode also ?

    Sorry if I didn't understand :)

    Hello Mr. Wilders -

    I will leave this post here just in case someone has a problem/headache like this one: :doubt:
    I was wondering if you knew anything about Privacy Master at all? I had a major problem with it and I wrote the SpySweeper people that put PM out and I never did get a Reply and so I went to this Forum to see if anyone had this problem and knew how to deal with it. Then low and behold the SpySweeper people emailed me and only answered my email to them with the wrong answer. They said all about how I could Uninstall Privacy Master?? I Never said one work in my email to them about having Any Problem with uninstalling it. I didn't want to uninstall it.
    Heres the problem I had with it:

    I was using their Privacy Master and I had it turned on and I forgot to turn it off before downloading a Software Poduct and then when I finished downloading it; it said - Do you want to Restart Your Computer and without thinking I clicked YES and then just before it shut down I could see the Privacy Master ON(down on the right hand corner) and then the Computer started the Restart and then it went through the steps and then I saw on my Computer Screen the Log-in screen and went to move the Cursor and I couldn't find it! No matter How Much I moved my Mouse I couldn't find the Cursor so I could Log-in with my Username and Password. Now I cannot get into my computer!!

    They Finally emailed me back after sometime and then I emailed them back saying, of course, that that wasn't my problem - that I didn't want to Uninstall PM. They Still haven't emailed me back and its been about a week and 1/2 without any resolution(solution) at all(July 21st/04 - Aug. 6th/04). I haven't been able to use my computer the whole time. I need to get some work done! I Really Don't want to REboot the Whole Computer, which means I Loose Everything in Windows Explorer and all the Favourites that I worked so hard to get and organize.
    When you have the time to Reply to me I would Really really Appreciate it very Much! Thank you!
    I rebooted my whole computer so I could finally use it. Thank you.
