OOPS!
The first thing you want to do is to move HijackThis out of the Temp folder and into its own. Do this then rescan and repost.

I don't see anything that might be invoking it from the computer.
Do the popups all come from the same source?

Run Adware, SpyBot and Installed IE pop-up stopper. Getting No more Pop-ups. Updating IE. Thanks for the help and feedback.
