Have purchase Nod32 but have not received Licence ?

I purchased a single user licence today, but have not received the Licence info yet.

Anyone know how long it normally takes ?

Hi there, it depends which site you purchased from and if the process is automated or manual. At the outset the license should arrive at the latest 24 hours after purchase on a week day, and first business day after a weekend. With some Resellers they send licenses out weekly to cut down on administration costs; they provide a Temporary Username and Password to cover this time...

I would go back to the website and email their Sales Office and ask the question.

What distributor / webiste you purchased NOD32 from? Have you checked your Junk folder in case the registration email was evaluated as spam?

 

I am glad that I saw this thread. I thought when you purchased NOD, downloaded and installed, that the user name and password was all that was required.
Is there a license that is sent later? That is the impression I am getting here. The email I got one time did not mention anything except the user name and password with no mention of a follow up license key.

This is correct.

The license contains the Username and Password, that is all that is required.
