have a little problem with the firewall or something ....

hello , im a new guy around here so any help will be apriciated
well i have little network with 3 pc-s ( one server , and two more ) so i have installed ESET Smart Security Buisness Edition on the all pc , and now i have a little problem , when i whant to find soe pc i can see him on the network , and when i whant to play some games with my firends on lan i cant find them anywhere ( i have a wireless network ) , so wen i click Block allnetwork traffic : Disconect network , all the Pc-s are visible and i can do whatever i whant , when i turn that on , it's like i dont have any pc in the network , also i try with switch to interactive filtering mode , but it asks permissions on everything i start on my pc , so the question is : How to fix my network all pc-s to be visiible one to another and to play games and share stuff an all other things , where do i need to configure or ...... ?

also, install NOD32 on your server, not ESS (ess username is valid for nod32) and apply these settings:
