Hard Disk Manager serial number invalid?

I purchased Paragon Hard Disk Manager Family today and recieved two different product keys along with two different serial numbers as well . When I try to enter the serial number so I can finish the download it will say invalid serial number . I have entered each serial number with each product key its listed with and neither will work. So I have purchased this product but unable to use because of the serial number problem. The product key and serial number in my account matches one of the sets I received and I entered that one but no luck Thanks for any help

 

According to my experience, there are only one product key and one serial number, and these aren´t in the personal account. I suggest that you ask Paragon support.
