    Hi all, first post

Have an issue trying to recover a Paragon disk backup, receiving 11009 error when trying a restore. I'm presuming this is due to errors in the paragon source backup that was made, but am looking for confirmation as the Paragon documentation doesn't mention this error. From what i can see the Paragon file directory structure is fine, the index file, metadata and compressed backup files all appear to be ok (well they're all there and accounted for) so i dont understand why it wont restore. Is it possible to fix this issue or is it possible to at least extract some files from the Paragon disk backup that i have ?

You can mount the archive and use that like any other HD to extract your files unless that fails also.
