Hang while trying to view log file

    I've searched the forums but was unable to find a similarl problem. When I try to view the log files after completing an in-depth scan of all of the disks on my computer the pop-up viewer window displays a progress bar that stops about 60% of the way. Hours later and the bar has not moved nor have the log files been displayed. This problem is repeatable.

    I'm currently running ESS 4 on Windows 7 (home pro 64-bit) on a relatively new install (clean - not an upgrade install).

    It happend to me also. But reinstall solved that .
